PCERT and the Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme
In Singapore, the buildingSMART Foundation is recognized at the Provisional Tier 2 and 3 level of the Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation Scheme.
Administered by buildingSMART Singapore as the official accrediting body, the DDM Accreditation Scheme ensures that professionals in Singapore’s Built Environment possess the necessary expertise to digitally deliver projects.
Professionals with PCERT are exempt from the benchmark assessment at Tier 2 and 3 of the DDM Accreditation Scheme. While PCERT expedites certification under the DDM Accreditation Scheme, applicants are still required to meet the logbook requirements to achieve Full Accreditation. This ensures that DDM certified professionals have practical, hands-on experience and are able to demonstrate their capability in real-world projects in managing data-driven digital projects and aligning with Singapore’s push for an integrated, technology-enabled built environment.
