Welcome to the Model Content Requirements (MCR) Interoperability Resource Hub
Discover how Singapore is advancing digital transformation in the built environment by standardizing and structuring information using Model Content Requirements (MCR). This hub provides resources and tools to help professionals streamline project delivery and data sharing. To learn more about MCR, visit www.go.gov.sg/mcr
What Are Model Content Requirements?
The MCR defines digital information deliverables required at various stages of a project lifecycle. These requirements ensure consistency and accuracy in information models to improve efficiency across five key project typologies in Singapore:
- Industrial
- Healthcare
- Public Residential
- Commercial/Residential
- Infrastructure (Rail/Road)
By aligning with MCR standards, stakeholders can optimize BIM workflows and deliver high-quality digital assets for design, construction, and facility management.
MCR Interoperability Tools
By leveraging these tools, Built Environment professionals can ensure their models meet the MCR requirements, enabling smoother collaboration and compliance across projects.
