This course equips Built Environment Professionals with the knowledge for navigating the new regulatory approval process for building works. In this class, learners will be taken through the new 3-Gateway submission process, the requirements at each gateway, joint submission, plan processing, and supporting mechanisms. To facilitate understanding of the new submission process, learners will be taken through case studies for practical application of agency and gateway requirements. We will also explore solutions for firm and project-level implementations to get teams ready for CORENET X.

Workshop #2: Mastering IFC-SG: A Practical Guide for Built Environment Leaders

By the end of this course, learners will develop an understanding of how to organize and build IFC-SG capabilities in their teams.
